What We Do

Brides who choose our Day of services, will receive the items listed below:

~ Two planners for the day, to make sure the ceremony and reception set up is occurring according to the schedule time line

(for an additional fee, for guest counts over 75)

We will be responsible for:

~Receiving deliveries and greeting vendors on the wedding day.

~Overseeing the set-up and design of ceremony decor & reception decor, including centerpieces, pew bows, arches, etc

~ Ensuring the proper placement of place cards, favors, programs, wedding gifts, bubbles, disposable cameras, etc

~ Ensuring there is something available for the guests to use as a “mailbox” for their wedding cards, and always keeping an eye on it for security reasons.

~ Helping the bride with her gown- getting in to it,and bustling it when it's time.

~Assisting with corsages, boutonnières, wedding flowers and flower girl baskets- making sure that everyone who is supposed to have them gets them.

~ Lining up and cuing the wedding party when it's time to walk down the aisle and making sure they walk slowly and smile!

~Preparing you for when it's time to walk down the aisle, cuing the music and keeping you hidden as to make a dramatic first appearance.

~ Making sure your dress and train are perfect when you make your grand entrance.

~Gathering wedding party and family members for pictures as needed, in order to expedite the formal portraits.

~Making sure that all finishing touches, no matter how small, are complete and exactly as you wanted.

~Be available for any of the “mini-emergencies” that inevitably will occur throughout the day. Whether you need hairspray or stain remover, we will have it with us, and be there to solve the problem.

~Holding your touch up make up, extra nylons, and anything else you want to have with you but can't carry.

~ Guiding you throughout your day & keeping things running on schedule. Making sure you get to do all the things you planned to, e.g. Anniversary dance, bouquet presentation, etc

~Distributing final payments or gratuities to the proper vendors involved on your behalf

~Keeping track of, organizing and then packing everything up for you at the end of the evening, disposable cameras, all your gifts, guest book, toasting glasses, cake top, etc..

~Most importantly, being available to you throughout the day for anything and everything you may need. Thousands of details arise the day of your wedding, and you need to be able to relax and enjoy your wedding day, instead of concerning yourself with whether or not the candles are lit, or if the DJ will get your special introduction right. This is one of the best days of your life, and it will fly by....so don't waste a single second worrying about the details-leave that to us!
